Lead Your Journey Elite Summer Academy

In accordance with NCAA guidelines, all “PGF Florida” Softball Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by specified number, age, grade level, and/or gender of its participants.

This 3-day elite softball experience is built for athletes ready to level up and take ownership of their journey—on and off the field.

Location:

• Athletes check in, meet staff, and get a full breakdown of the week. We jump into structured warm-ups and teach how to train with purpose from the first rep.
• Fieldwork, cage work, and classroom sessions begin immediately, including lessons on Training with Intention and Owning Your Journey.
• After lunch, players go through a full digital combine (home-to-first, pop time, grip strength, velo, pitch spin, etc.) using Zybek + Rapsodo.
• Results are delivered in a personalized digital report.
• We close with a scrimmage to start real-time evaluations.

Day Two:

• We start with a talk on Field Presence & Body Language and what it means to carry yourself like a next-level athlete.
• Then it’s back to work with defensive drills, hitting stations, cage sessions, and classroom topics like Building Real Confidence and Being the Example.
• In the gym, players get hands-on training in lifting, nutrition, and recovery. After lunch: another scrimmage + competitive scenarios.
• Parents are invited for an exclusive recruiting talk on how to support their athlete through the spring/summer process.

Day Three:

• Athletes receive personalized evaluations and combine feedback.
• Morning scrimmage drills challenge their game IQ and communication under pressure.
• After lunch, we close with classroom sessions on Leadership and Team Culture, followed by our final scrimmage and camp awards.
